Carly Kroll

Carly Kroll founded Prairie & Pine Consulting to serve the kinds of businesses she knows best: those built on real work, real people, and real relationships. With over eight years of experience across agriculture, manufacturing, field service, and healthcare-adjacent industries, Carly helps businesses communicate clearly and grow without losing what makes them work.

Before Prairie & Pine, Carly ran her own consulting practice full-time, supporting B2B clients through long-term retainers and strategic partnerships. Her work has included writing and marketing support for organizations such as the Association of Equipment Manufacturers and technology companies serving frontline and operational teams.

With roots in agricultural education and a career shaped by hands-on industries, Carly approaches marketing with practicality and care. She values thoughtful strategy, honest collaboration, and building work that lasts.
